A healthy child makes a happy home. It is very true. Children are like the center of happiness of any home. If the center is not well, it very significantly disturbs the whole system. Parents are also naturally worried about children more than the children are worried about parents 😛
Our Children are our pride and joy. We love them and care for them and we let their warmth and energy fill our hearts and our homes. When this precious source of energy falls sick, its effects are felt throughout the house and it sometimes feels like the house itself has fallen ill.

I am not sure if “I” would want to call myself a child, who results in an unhappy home when sick, but however elder I might get, my parents are always going to worry for me more than I I would think they should. - Drink warm water at night before sleeping and brush your teeth as well.
- Don’t drink water just after food.
- If you get a sensation that you might catch cold or cough (yup, I do get the sensation sometimes) take precautions and don’t get adventuresome by ignoring the sensation.
- Eat food items that give warmth in winters (yeah, ask moms, they know it :P).
